Exchanges
In case you want to exchange product(s)
Orders are exchangeable within 14 days from issuing the receipt.
Product(s) must be exchanged in its original case.
In case of receiving wrong orders, exchange will be done for free within 2-5 working days in greater Cairo, while 2-7 days in other cities.
In case of exchanging right orders, orders will be subjected to shipping fees.

في حال كنت ترغب في استبدال المنتج (المنتجات)
الطلبات قابلة للاستبدال في غضون 14 يومًا من إصدار الإيصال.
يجب استبدال المنتج (المنتجات) في حالته الأصلية.
في حالة استلام طلبات خاطئة ، يتم الاستبدال مجانًا خلال 2-5 أيام عمل في القاهرة الكبرى ، بينما 2-7 أيام في المدن الأخرى.
في حالة تبادل الطلبات الصحيحة ، ستخضع الطلبات لرسوم الشحن
